The rules for using this site and buying from us, in plain language.

By using lasted.studio or placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Who we are

lasted.studio is operated by Lasted LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in Philadelphia. "We", "us" and "LASTED" mean Lasted LLC. You can reach us at team@lasted.studio; our mailing address is on every email we send and available on request.

Using the site

You need to be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian do it for you. You agree to give us accurate information when you order and to keep it up to date. Please don't misuse the site — no scraping, no attempts to break it, no using it for anything unlawful.

Products

We do our best to show pieces accurately, but screens vary and garment-washed fabric varies by nature. Small differences in colour, wash, and print placement are part of the piece, not defects. Measurements in size guides are approximate.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. Until then we can decline or cancel — for example if a piece has sold out, a price was listed in error, we can't verify the payment, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, you'll get a full refund.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are added at checkout and shown before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never for an order you've already placed.

Discount codes are one per order, can't be applied after the fact, and may have their own conditions.

Drops

Drop pieces are made in limited numbers for a limited time. When a drop closes, the sentence on it is retired and won't be printed again. We don't reprint or restock drop pieces, we can't hold sizes, and we can't promise a size will stay available for the length of a drop. Once a drop has closed, its pieces are final sale as set out in our shipping & returns page.

Shipping, exchanges and returns

These are set out in full on our shipping & returns page, which is part of these terms. Risk in a piece passes to you when the carrier delivers it to your address.

Giving

For every drop, we donate a fixed amount per piece sold to a cause connected to that drop's sentence: $2 per tee and long sleeve, $3 per hoodie. There's no minimum we have to hit and no cap; every piece counts. We make the donation ourselves within 30 days of the drop closing and publish the confirmation on the site. Donations are made by Lasted LLC and aren't tax-deductible for you. Unless we say otherwise, the organisations we give to haven't endorsed LASTED and aren't involved in the sale.

Things you send us

If you send us a reflection, story, photo, or message and choose to make it public, you're giving us permission to show it on the site and in our materials, with or without your name as you choose, for as long as you leave it public. You can withdraw that at any time by emailing us and we'll take it down. Anything you don't choose to make public stays private. Please don't send us anything that isn't yours to share.

Our content

The LASTED name and marks, the sentences, designs, photography, and everything else on this site belong to Lasted LLC. You're welcome to share and photograph what you buy — that's the point. Please don't reproduce our designs or sentences on products of your own, or use our marks in a way that suggests we're connected when we're not.

Other people's sites

We sometimes link to other sites — for example, the organisations we give to. We're not responsible for what's on them or how they handle your information.

What we're responsible for, and what we're not

We'll deliver what you ordered, in good condition, and put it right if we don't. Beyond that, the site and its contents are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited, including your rights as a consumer in your state.

If something goes wrong between us

Talk to us first — nearly everything can be sorted by email. If it can't, these terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

The small print about the small print

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with our privacy and shipping & returns pages, are the whole agreement between us for using the site and buying from LASTED. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
